There are a wealth of opportunities at Knightwood for your child to take part in extra-curricular sporting activities. Some are provided by external providers and some by the school - all are delivered by high quality coaches.

Absolute Tennis
Absolute Tennis runs our before and after school tennis classes on the Mini Muga during term time.

Learning Through Sport
Learning Through Sport offer two KS1 clubs every week on the Mega Muga. On Wednesday they run a Football Club and Friday they run a Multisports Club. Both clubs are great opportunities for the children to develop their gross motor and team skills.

Earth Toes Yoga - Yoga, wellbeing and mindfulness
Come join us for some yoga fun and mindfulness. A nourishing, fully inclusive and fun space to explore how we're feeling after our school day. We move mindfully, learn breath awareness and with an element of connection and play. Yoga club encourages positive mental wellbeing and teaches tools of self regulation.
